Fred is a co-founder of Primeon and is responsible for the design, development, and implementation of the company's application security product and service offerings as well as the company’s ongoing R&D efforts. Formerly, Dr. Wang was in charge of software re-engineering tools at Peritus, Inc.

Fred holds a Ph.D. in Computer Science from the University of Massachusetts, Amherst, and has published several papers in the fields of real-time and distributed computing.
